Barge Music :: NYC Wedding Venues

How often are weddings on a ship? Not a small boat or something to do with the Navy, and unless you’re beyond wealthy and have access to a yacht, probably not often do you come across this then. In New York City, with the surrounding rivers and ocean, it offers great background and settings to have some kind of water influence wedding. Using a boat is a great option, but to affordably get one is another story. Tha's where Barge Music comes into play.

Barge Music is a floating barge, while not sounding very appealing or sexy, especially for a wedding, it’s quite the opposite. Based at the bottom of the Brooklyn Bridge, it plays host to many up and coming as well as many established artists and groups on it's small stage set against the city skyline. The interior is great for a sit down dinner, the outside is a wonderful area to have a ceremony, and all in all you’ll get a one of a kind wedding experience out of the whole thing. Barge doesn't describe or do it justice.
